Delete your account

You can delete your Consistor account and everything in it at any time.

In the app

Open Consistor and go to Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out.

If you can't open the app

Email tuwi.developer@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Consistor account, from or including the phone number you signed in with. We'll confirm by replying, and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile: name, profile photo and phone number
Your goals, check-ins, notes, numbers and check-in photos
Your streaks, gems, freezes and badges
Your comments, reactions and nudges in groups
Your group memberships. A group you own passes to another member, or is deleted if you're the last one in it.
Your devices' notification tokens

What may be kept

Nothing that identifies you. Crash reports and app usage statistics aren't linked to your name or phone number, and they expire automatically within 14 months.
